Atlas Real Estate, acting jointly with TT&G Partners, have recently advised Tristan Capital Partners on the acquisition of two development sites in Birkenhead and Colchester with a GDV of £136 million.
Arc Royal Birkenhead will offer a single, cross dock unit of 495,000 sq ft and will provide 11 acres of open storage accommodation.
Centurion Park, Colchester will comprise 11 mid-box units ranging in size from 11,000 sq ft to 70,500 sq ft.
Both projects will be built to Net Zero Carbon in construction and target BREEAM Excellent accreditations.
The developments will be undertaken by Tungsten on behalf of Tristan.
