Atlas Real Estate have recently concluded the purchase of Broomhill Way Industrial Estate, a trade park located adjacent to the main retail warehousing in Torquay.  The scheme comprises 5 units with trade counters totalling 16,500 sq.ft.

Tenants include South Devon Healthcare Trust, Unipart and BSS Group with a total rental income of £98,000.

The purchase price was £1,000,000 representing a net initial yield after costs of 9.27% assuming usual costs of purchase of 5.75%.

The vendor was represented by Rowley Hughes Thompson and Atlas Real Estate acted for the purchaser.
