Atlas Real Estate have recently concluded the acquisition of an off market distribution warehouse portfolio on behalf of IM Properties and the Christian Vision Charity.
The four buildings totalling 428,000 sq.ft of modern accommodation were located in Burton on Trent, Rugby, Dunstable and Hatfield and let to Amethyst Group, First Quench, Morgan Ceramics and Tesco Stores.
The purchase price was £35,300,000 reflecting a net initial yield overall of 7.14% assuming costs of 5.7625%.
