The property comprises a 30.4 acre container storage site with rail freight connection and crane handling capability.
The property is let to Eddie Stobart Ltd until 4 March 2035 at a rent of £2,099,330 per annum, equating to £69,000 per acre. The lease is subject to five yearly fixed rent reviews to 2.5% per annum compounded with a review in 2030 to the higher of 2.5% per annum compounded or open market value.
The purchaser was Infinium Logistics Solutions and Greater Manchester Pension Fund, represented by Acre Capital.
