Atlas Real Estate has recently closed on the sale of the final unit at Frontier Park, Banbury, on behalf of a private property company.
FP217 extends to 217,830 sq.ft and has been constructed to a BREEAM Very Good certification and EPC A rating.
The unit was acquired with vacant possession by Cabot Properties, represented by Colliers International.
Atlas Real Estate had also acted earlier in the year on the acquisition of the two other units on the park, FP130 and FP180. These were acquired by an Institutional Investor.
FP130 and FP180 extend to 133,400 sq.ft and 180,626 sq.ft respectively. Both units have also been constructed to BREEAM Very Good certification and EPC A rating.
Since the acquisition FP130 has been let to a national logistics operator on a 15 year term.
The combined pricing achieved for the park was £72.3 million.
