Atlas Real Estate has recently represented GARBE Industrial Real Estate UK and Invesco in the acquisition of a prime development site with a net development value of c£80 million.
The site extends to 30.3 acres and is located in Worksop fronting on to the A57 which runs directly east to west between Junction 31 of M1 and A1, providing excellent access to the national motorway network.
The site has detailed planning consent for two units of 462,500 sq.ft and 86,500 sq.ft. Both units will be constructed to net carbon zero, BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings. Construction is due to start imminently with practical completion in Q3 2025.
