Atlas Real Estate has recently advised Tungsten Properties and EPIL on the sale of a recently completed prime trade park investment in Brackley.
The trade park comprises 7 trade units and a Costa drive-thru with tenants including Rexel, Toolstation, Screwfix and Easy Bathrooms.
With the increasing interest rate rises we have witnessed over the last 2 years, a decision was made to sell off individual units to private investors with the final sale completing in May 2024.
