Atlas Real Estate and GBR have recently completed the acquisition of Victoria House in Birmingham’s prime office location on Colmore Row.

The acquisition represented the first purchase for client Evenacre, headed by former Maxiums managing director Paul Jones.

The property comprises a ground floor banking hall, let to Lloyds TSB, with four upper floors of office accommodation and basement storage.  The building extends to a total area of 10,199 sq,ft.  Other tenants in the building include Manpower, Reed, Judd Farris and Global Crossing.  The total current income is £122,297 per annum.

Evenacre intend to carry out a £250,000 refurbishment of the building including a facelift for the building’s listed façade, a new reception area, lift upgrade and new WCs.  A number of the office suites will also undergo a full refurbishment.

The investment was purchased for £1,500,000 from the Glanmoor Property Fund.
