Founding Directors Andrew Franck-Steier and Ben Blackwall have a combined experience of over 43 years in the UK real estate investment market, working alongside each other for the last 14 years, and they have a multi-award-winning track record as two of the UK’s leading regional agents.

Andrew Franck-Steier
Andrew is one of the founding partners of Atlas Real Estate and has over 25 years of commercial property investment experience. Andrew was a founding partner of Franck-Steier Price in 2007 and prior to this ran the investment team at Colliers in Birmingham. He spent eight years working in London as both an occupational and investment agent before returning to his home city of Birmingham in 2002. Andrew specialises in investment agency and development consultancy acting for a wide range of UK institutions, developers, property companies and overseas investors.

Ben is a founding partner of Atlas Real Estate and has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and development. Ben started his career at King Sturge moving to Franck-Steier Price in 2007 where he was an equity partner.
Ben specialises in nationwide investment agency and development funding acting for a wide range of UK Institutional, listed REITs, developers, UK property companies and private investors.
