Atlas Real Estate has recently completed the off market acquisition of a portfolio of six distribution warehouses on behalf of LondonMetric Property Plc.
The properties are located in Alfreton, Havant, Crow Lane Northampton, Brackmills Northampton, Rugby and Salford and comprise distribution units extending to 382,200 sq.ft.
The portfolio is fully let producing a total income of £1,799,362 per annum with a WAULT to breaks of 6.56 years and 7.25 years to expiries.
The purchase price of £26,000,000 reflected a net initial yield of 6.50%.
The vendor, Helical Plc, was represented by Tudor Toone.
