The property is located on Temple Street in the heart of Birmingham’s Central Business District and comprises a vacant 56,895 sq.ft office building.  The property was sold with the benefit of a planning consent for the comprehensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of the building.

The property was sold to Investream, represented by Avison Young, for £14,100,000 which reflected a capital value of £248.00 per sq.ft.
