Atlas Real Estate, has successfully advised LondonMetric on the disposal of nationwide portfolio of low site cover industrial assets.
The properties were located in Leigh, Northampton, Sheffield and Telford and extended to a total of 100,878 sq.ft across 19.9 acres, providing a low average site cover of 12%.
The properties are fully let for a weighted average unexpired lease term to break of 4.1 years at a total rent of £1,129,794 per annum. Tenants include XPO, DX Networks and Kinaxia.
