Atlas Real Estate has recently acted on behalf Tungsten Properties in the forward funding of a prime mid box park on Hayes Way, Filton for a total price of £19 million.
The scheme will comprises five best in class units and total 94,200 sq.ft on a 4.55 acre site. The scheme will be built to a target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A specification incorporating significant green credentials.
Magrock have been selecting as main contractor with practical completion set for April 2027.
Commenting on the deal, Andrew Franck-Steier said “In a really tough funding market we are delighted to have secured this funding at a competitive level and with a well respected private family office.”
The purchase price of £19 million represents a capital value of £201 per sq.ft.
Tom Paton-Smith at Montagu Evans represented the private family office on the purchase.
